To initiate a request to return a part, please complete the following form. Once the request has been received, a representative will review it and issue a response within 48 hours. If the Part Return Request is approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued via email. Please note that we will not accept returns without a valid RMA accompanying the part.

Once the RMA is issued, the customer is responsible for shipping the part to the designated MacQueen location. We kindly remind customers to ensure proper packaging and include all tags, as the part must be new and in its original, resalable condition.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned part, we will issue a credit accordingly. However, please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined based on the manufacturer's policies.
